  Awful, awful, awful! My husband wanted a porcelain filling instead of Mercury, which our insurance covers and they told him that our insurance doesn't cover it and it would be $350 for one filling! I've had porcelain fillings at this office so I know they are covered.
  I called to question this and they wouldn't even speak to me even with my husband giving a verbal that they could discuss it with me. I work in a doctor's office and I know they can accept a verbal. I feel like this is another case of taking advantage of low income families. Just because we are on U care doesn't mean we are uneducated. Everyone should be treated with respect regardless of their financial status.
  Needless to say, we won't be going back.
